Amy Diamond

With a decade of real estate experience in South Florida, Amy is able to provide the highest quality of services to both buyers and sellers of real estate.  Amy began her real estate career investing in properties that she renovated, managed, and sold for top market value.  She has received accolades for her smart investment choices, and as a result, her real estate advice is highly sought after.  Amy understands the real estate market from an investor’s perspective, and therefore, she is able to pass on this knowledge to her clients when making real estate decisions.  She is an expert negotiator and an experienced problem solver, which enables her to easily identify and navigate the broad array of issues that can arise for both buyers and sellers.

Amy is an Internet-savvy marketing agent, which is key to her success.  "It's essential to know how to market effectively on the Internet, because 84% of buyers begin their search there," said Amy.  "Statistics show that sellers are ten times more likely to sell their homes on the internet than through a newspaper."  She has learned the secrets to effective advertising and thoroughly enjoys helping her clients sell their properties quickly.  "I consider myself a marketing agent because I actively market all of my properties far beyond a simple MLS listing," said Amy.  Additionally, she recognizes the need to extensively market South Florida properties locally, nationally, and internationally.  Above all else, Amy understands that buying or selling your home is a very personal experience and should be handled with the utmost care.  For that reason, all transactions are always conducted with the greatest discretion.

Amy resides in Weston, Florida with her husband and three children.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale. Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in 1995, received a Master's of Arts in 2001, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy in 2003, all from the University of Florida.
